We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Golang Backend Engineer to join our team in developing a cutting-edge real-time collaboration system. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend services that power our platform.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Golang.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with frontend and other systems.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and gRPC services to facilitate data exchange between systems.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues that arise during production, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve system performance, scalability, and security.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Golang development, with expertise in design patterns, concurrency, and error handling.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Redis) and message queues (e.g., Kafka).
- Proficiency in Linux environment, debugging tools, and Git version control.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
