About this Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Python Engineering Lead to join our Shanghai branch company, RE Info Tech. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the development of AI-related projects, driving innovation and excellence in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, architect, prototype, implement, deploy, and maintain features for AI-related projects
  • Conduct experiments on large datasets to evaluate the feasibility, results, and performance of AI techniques
  • Make sound engineering decisions and improve software development practices while focusing on performance and reliability
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology developments

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Software Engineering experience as a team leader or team mentor in a mid to large technical company
  • Experience with big data technologies, including Spark, Flink, Kafka, etc.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, C#, C++, SQL, etc.
  • Experience working with public cloud AWS and related technologies, including Docker, K8S, CICD, etc.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture design, application scaling, performance, and security
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation Package:
