Overview:

As a key player in our engineering team, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive testing strategies for newly developed products. This includes the formulation of Test Plans, the design of testing hardware, and the development of testing programs. Your testing solutions will be critical for ensuring that products are ready for mass production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Quality Assurance Engineer will devise complete testing frameworks for new products to align with mass production standards.
  • You will gather and analyze data, providing essential feedback to other engineering teams (Product Engineering, Design Engineering) and assisting in the new product development process.
  • The role involves supporting the production team by addressing any testing-related challenges that arise during mass production.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering is preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
  • A solid grasp of fundamental electrical principles is essential. Experience in related areas such as Integrated Circuit testing, Automated Testing Equipment development, or component-level circuit design is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in programming and debugging using VC++ is required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
  • Proficient English skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking are necessary, with a minimum requirement of passing CET-4; CET-6 or higher is preferred.
