Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in performing HSE responsibilities and providing backup in critical business situations. This role will also involve managing quality requirements and regulations, as well as implementing processes within the company according to One Safran standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager and other department managers in performing HSE responsibilities
  • Manage quality requirements and regulations
  • Implement processes within the company according to One Safran standards
  • Measure the performance of processes and propose improvements
  • Ensure consistency between processes and identify risks and opportunities

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of related working experience
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO/AS 9100 and other quality-related standards
  • Familiarity with SAFRAN AE's quality system and requirements
  • Good command of problem-solving tools and improvement methods
  • Good management skills and fluency in English
