IT Manager

Job Summary

As a key member of the Hyatt Regency Zhuhai Airport team, the IT Manager will be responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel's technology systems. This includes ensuring the reliability and security of all computer systems and networks, providing technical assistance and advice to hotel management, and optimizing the hotel's investment in hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the hotel's technology infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, and software.
• Provide technical support and guidance to hotel staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the hotel's technology systems, including upgrading hardware and software, and implementing new technologies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology systems and services.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's technology standards and policies.

Requirements

• University degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an IT Manager or Assistant IT Manager in a large operation with advanced technology.
• Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
