Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve established sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through services and digital offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business priorities.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inside sales.
  • Provide regular progress updates to leadership and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and technology.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
