Job Description

The Senior Colorist will be responsible for handling the day-to-day color approval process of bulk lab-dips and fabric lots. This includes reviewing and approving colors, providing technical advice to suppliers, and maintaining records.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industrial working experience in the textile industry, preferably in a color assessment capacity. A Bachelor's Degree in Textile Chemistry or Technology is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve bulk lab-dip colors
  • Provide technical advice to suppliers
  • Maintain records of lab-dip submissions
  • Perform color readings using a Spectrophoto machine
Additional Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Textile Chemistry or Technology
  • At least 5 years of industrial working experience in the textile industry
  • Must pass color blindness test and Munsell 100 test
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
