Job Summary:
Qualcomm is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers on peripheral devices and interfaces, including USB, I2C, SPI, and SDIO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers troubleshoot and resolve issues related to peripheral devices and interfaces.
- Debug and resolve stability issues related to USB and other peripheral interfaces.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix root causes of issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use of Qualcomm's products and technologies.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in C/C++ programming.
- Strong understanding of ARM architecture and embedded OS.
- Strong understanding of common communication interfaces like USB, I2C, SPI, SDIO, and others.
- Familiarity with Python/Perl or other script languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Windows kernel Drivers programming.
