Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern

Wayfair is a global online retailer of home goods, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our Shanghai Talent Team as a Talent Acquisition Intern.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and updating our WeChat official account, creating and publishing engaging content, and monitoring and responding to messages and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. WeChat Operations Management:
  • Manage and update the company's WeChat official account.
  • Create and publish engaging content to enhance our online presence.
  • Monitor and respond to messages and inquiries on WeChat.
Data Analysis:
  • Collect and analyze HR-related data to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Conduct research and gather insights on market competitors.
Sourcing:
  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with Google Suite is a plus.
  • Quick learner with an analytical approach to problem-solving as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
