Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood English Educator to join our team at an International Kindergarten. This is a full-time role where you will play a vital part in nurturing young learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist children aged 3-6 in their educational journey from Monday to Friday, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment.
  • Deliver daily English language instruction through structured activities tailored to the needs of the students.
  • Foster an immersive English-speaking atmosphere to enhance children's listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Plan lessons effectively, manage classroom dynamics, and organize engaging activities.
  • Incorporate a variety of resources such as games, music, literature, art, and technology to promote foundational skills and holistic development.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators and staff to establish a nurturing and effective learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing personalized guidance to help them achieve their educational goals.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
  • Strong English communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive monthly salary ranging from 22,000 to 30,000 RMB based on experience and qualifications.
