IT Director - Senior IT Leadership
Main Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and integrate end-to-end trading solutions across multiple platforms.
Manage cross-functional projects, driving feasibility analysis, requirements gathering, design implementation, testing, and support.
Collaborate with stakeholders from business departments, technology teams, vendors, and exchanges during project lifecycles and post-go-live support.
Work with infrastructure teams to ensure system performance, capacity, stability, security, and resiliency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
5-12 years of experience in tech development and support roles, preferably in international brokerage firms, covering front-office sales & trading, middle/back office post-trade processing, and/or FICC.
