We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team in Controlling and Analysis. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and decision-making support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities to achieve business targets.
- Develop proactive suggestions for countermeasures to ensure target achievement and provide trustfully decision-relevant information to management.
- Conduct cost benchmarking and develop solutions to optimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Support the development of new business models and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Commercial, Financial Controlling, or Tax.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in controlling or business analysis.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Advanced strategic thinking and business overview skills.
- Proficiency in IT skills (Python, Power BI) and advanced English language skills.
Estimated Salary:
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
