Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving client satisfaction and growth through strategic account management, performance reviews, and training and development of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct performance reviews for direct reports to ensure they are meeting client requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and implement training plans to ensure associates have the necessary skills and competencies to excel in their roles.
  • Establish high standards of performance and provide support, recognition, and feedback to develop associates and foster a strong team environment.
  • Ensure services provided to clients are timely and precise, meeting client business needs and company quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training plans to ensure associates can grow and demonstrate mastery of required competencies.
  • Consult with clients regarding general concerns and provide insights and actionable recommendations during presentations.
  • Supervise all stages of project management and monitor performance to drive client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic understanding of industry trends, competition, and opportunities for NielsenIQ.
  • Responsible for meeting COE objectives and ongoing delivery of COE KPIs.
  • Allocate work based on team workload capacity and skills to ensure efficient delivery of services.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years professional work experience, with experience managing people.
  • Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written, and local language if required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a virtual environment.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, understanding of growth and brand strategy.
  • Strong Project management skills.
