Key Responsibilities
• Execute our metal cutting strategy across the region.
• Grow our market share through retail and online channels.
• Develop retail and e-commerce channels in China, establishing a strong presence in the market.
• Collaborate with our product, pricing, manufacturing, and territory commercial teams to drive business success.
• Foster open communication, creativity, and teamwork to drive business growth and problem-solving.
Requirements
• Sales and channel management expertise.
• Experience in channel sales development, industrial consumables, abrasives, and FMCG industries.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, digital marketing, and product knowledge.
• Ability to build relationships, manage projects, and think critically.
