Job Summary

As a Front Office Manager at Hyatt Corporation, you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of the department, aligning with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities. You will work closely with the Front Office Assistant Manager to manage the guest service department as a successful profit center, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Concierge operation and administration.

Key Qualifications

A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager - Concierge or Guest Service Manager is required. The 'Clefs d'Or' certification is also highly valued. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in managing the guest service department to meet employee, guest, and owner expectations.
  2. Work closely with the Front Office Assistant Manager to plan, organize, direct, and control the Concierge operation and administration.
  3. Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through effective service delivery.
