We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer (Golang) to join our team and contribute to the development of our innovative Web Real-Time Collaboration System. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend services using Golang, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Develop and maintain APIs and interfaces with front-end and other systems, ensuring stability and security.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, responding quickly to production problems.
- Evaluate and implement technical solutions to meet product and business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and evaluate their adoption based on business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, with 3+ years of Golang development experience.
- Proficiency in Golang development, familiarity with popular frameworks and tools.
- Experience with distributed systems design and development, including microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and other common data storage and messaging middleware.
- Excellent coding skills, familiarity with Linux environment and debugging tools.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with ability to share knowledge and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with project management tools and version control systems, such as Git and JIRA.
- Strong learning and innovation abilities, with curiosity about new technologies and domains.
