Job Overview
The main purpose of this role is to evaluate distributor performance and support the sales team in meeting business targets.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Work closely with the Area Manager and District Manager to select distributors that meet company requirements and implement distributor management processes. Ensure all distributors meet quality standards and maintain accurate data on stores and customers.
2. Sales Performance Analysis: Assist the Regional Sales Operation and Area Manager in tracking sales team performance and analyzing sales data. Implement salesperson target division and monitor performance on sales targets, coverage, and visit frequency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- College degree and above, CET 4 level of English, familiar with MS office;
- Strong background of project management;
- Solid knowledge and experience of FMCG distributor management, commercial logistics, and Sales, field & merchandising processes;
- Good presentation and data analysis skills.
