Job Title: English into Simplified Chinese Patent Translator

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Translator to join our team at Welocalize. As a Patent Translator, you will be responsible for translating and editing content from English into Simplified Chinese with the utmost accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate and edit content from English into Simplified Chinese with original meaning conveyed in a readable and understandable manner.
  • Work with our CAT Tool, XTM, to ensure seamless translation and editing processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-years' experience in Chinese patent translation.
  • Formal higher education in IT, Electricity, or Computer Science fields.
  • Proficiency in using CAT Tools, such as XTM, Trados, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills.
