Electrical Engineering Faculty Position in Suzhou China

The successful candidate will have a PhD in electrical engineering or a closely related field, with a strong publication record and experience in research grant procurement. They will be expected to provide leadership in curriculum development, enhance our research profile at the international level, and assume administrative responsibilities based on their experience.

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including housing allowance, travel allowance, kids' education allowance, relocation allowance, commercial insurance, paid holidays, working visa and residence permit in China, and career development opportunities, we offer a Research Development Fund and Research Engagement Fund to support faculty members in initiating and conducting research projects.
XJTLU provides every new faculty member with a Research Development Fund to encourage them to initiate research projects, and Research Engagement Fund provided to support their continuous research activities. The university will also support all faculty members to apply for national, province and city level programs, aiming to support excellent scientists, both Chinese and non-Chinese-citizen, to work and carry out research in China.
