Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team at PSI CRO. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in clinical research and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
  • Deliver training and education to investigators, site staff, and project teams on clinical research practices and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with complex studies.
  • Perform comprehensive review of case report forms (CRFs), source documents, and query resolution to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with site personnel, vendors, and support services to ensure seamless study execution.
  • Participate in feasibility research and site identification processes to identify potential sites for clinical trials.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations at investigator meetings to communicate study progress and results.
  • Support regulatory affairs in the procurement of site regulatory documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study-specific automated tracking systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish languages.
  • At least 2 years of experience in patient care, healthcare, or a clinical environment.
  • Ability to travel and work in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
