Senior Finance Manager

The Senior Finance Manager will be based in Changzhou, responsible for monitoring all Changzhou factories' financial activities and supporting the development of a stronger team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and improve key metrics review processes, including accounts receivable, inventory, cash flow, and working capital.
  • Business Support: Develop sales mix, product mix, profitability, KPI, and financial models to support business decisions.
  • Budget, Forecast, Planning: Support operational and financial target setting in strategic planning and annual budget preparation.
  • Support business strategic transformation and reorganization.
  • Support management to execute BU or group reporting improvements and standardized reporting templates.
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Greater China Finance Controller.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience within foreign manufacturing organizations or high-technology businesses.
  • Excellent computer skills in spreadsheets, database, and ERP (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Fluent English in writing and reading, CET-4 or more.
  • Skills with Microsoft Navision, SAP, or Visual. Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) will be a plus.
