- Coaching and Knowledge Development: Provide guidance and build knowledge in areas such as BDH, ASPICE, PURE, and UX, ensuring successful implementation and execution in projects.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in an engineering discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience in problem-solving, continuous improvement activities, and project management, with a preference for candidates with leadership experience.
- A strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and a diligent work ethic.
- Engagement in advanced engineering topics, collaborating with diverse teams and gaining insights across various engineering and non-engineering domains.
