Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Lead and coordinate the submission and approval processes for new products, licenses, and variations.
Establish and maintain a robust regulatory compliance system to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to support regulatory activities and influence strategic decisions.
Ensure regulatory influence is integrated into business operations to drive compliance and quality.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as Pharmacology, Biology, or related discipline.
Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in RA roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven team working and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of Novo Nordisk's mission and vision.
Active and creative thinking, with strategic planning capabilities.
