Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial audits, operational reviews, and SOX 404 audits for both domestic and international locations under the guidance of the AIC and audit manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to effectively complete assigned audit tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work.
• Execute audit procedures, document work papers in accordance with IIA quality standards, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and independence.
• Identify audit issues, communicate with stakeholders, and collaborate with the audit team in the reporting and follow-up of audit issues.
• Stay updated on accounting principles, business processes, financial concepts, audit methodology, and tools, as well as GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Comply with all NOV Inc and HSE procedures and policies.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or management with a strong focus in finance.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit (internal audit and/or public accounting).
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with information technology and ability to use various applications and systems.
• Good time management skills and ability to work within a team and independently.
• Attention to detail, full sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for 20 – 40% of the time.
• Obtained or pursuing professional certifications (CA, CIA, CPA, preferred but not necessary).
