Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onsite Operator to join our team at INEOS. As an Onsite Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in regular site tours to monitor production conditions and identify potential hazards.
  • Manage contractor workers and ensure they follow relevant contractual requirements.
  • Implement ISO procedures and relevant SOPs in work safety management.
  • Conduct pre-task risk analysis and identify control measures according to the PTW procedure.
  • Perform stewardship during tasks and take necessary actions to ensure safe completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Report any abnormal issues or deviations to management promptly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and relevant chemical working experience.
  • Hold relevant licenses for hazardous chemical and polymerization process, firefighting facilities, low voltage electrical equipment operation, and forklift driving.
