Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Representative to join our team in Ningbo. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for executing our market strategy, creating demand, and exceeding our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians and medical institutions;
  • Provide product training and support to customers, including presentations and workshops;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives;
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies;
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales tools.
