About the Job:

  • Responsible for conducting mechanical quality control activities on customer projects professionally and ensuring delivery of products meeting contract requirements and expectations.
  • Establish and drive quality systems, including creating and conducting audit plans, following up on corrective actions for fabricated equipment and skids.
  • Witness delivered materials quantity and quality to ensure accurate supply to customers.
  • Participate in customer inspections and project meetings.
  • Guarantee customer requirements (if defined) are completely fulfilled.
  • Closely collaborate with the procurement team in handling suppliers.
  • Deliver input to improve the current quality checking workflow and develop new approaches to ensure our competitive advantage.
  • Supervise installation works at customer sites whenever required.

About You:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a QC inspector.
  • Knowledge of ASME codebooks is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
  • Awareness of relevant regulatory standards.
  • Having Certification Scheme for Weldment Inspection Personnel (CSWIP) and Non-destructive test (NDT) experience are added advantages.
  • Able to interact and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong coordination skills with various internal and external parties.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in written and spoken English.

Salary Estimate: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
