Job Description:

This role is responsible for managing regional business operations, including coordinating with external sales teams, analyzing market trends, and developing business strategies. You will also be responsible for managing dealerships, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., medicine, life sciences).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work under pressure, take ownership of responsibilities, and adapt to changing situations.

Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000, depending on location and experience.
