Space Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Space Planner to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our Real Estate team, you will play a critical role in supporting our regional Real Estate team by providing space and occupancy planning services related to our buildings.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of building data in AutoCAD drawings and the Real Estate Planon software.
• Process requests from the regional Real Estate team to update floorplans, improve data, and perform space utilization studies.
• Understand and visualize space availability, and perform cost/benefit analysis of space assignments alternatives.
• Support Philips Real Estate construction projects with up-to-date AutoCAD information and ensure that contractors process drawings according to Philips Real Estate standards and policies.
• Prepare furniture layouts, adjustments after space reconfiguration, and furniture specifications for project work.
• Maintain data for various reports to the Real Estate organization and ensure that floorplans and associated data are up-to-date and accurate through an audit process.

• Background as an AutoCAD drawer or Space Planner with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Relevant education and experience in Architecture/construction, Engineering, Real Estate, Interior Design, and/or Space Planning.
• In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD and experience with Planon or similar workplace management systems.
• Technical knowledge and ability to use analytical and problem-solving techniques.
• Expert in AutoCAD, knowledgeable with Microsoft Office programs, and strong analysis and spreadsheet capabilities.
• Good interpersonal communication skills, English language proficiency, and ability to complete tasks on time and produce deliverables independently.
