Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our Operations team at Roku. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of new product development builds and sustaining operations.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations & Engineering Program Managers, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, and suppliers to prioritize qualification efforts, track opportunities, and provide summary of technical and supply chain risks.

You will also lead sustaining operations efforts in support of retailer expansion & new SKU creation in Propel, manage post-launch ECO/MCO qualification, Top-Line Assembly (TLA) adjustments, and drive approval process with internal and external teams.

Additionally, you will manage operations budget, vendor set-up in NetSuite, and PR/PO approvals process. You will also drive material readiness and CTB efforts for Operations led factory readiness builds across Roku's first-party product lines.

Requirements
  • Proactive and highly self-motivated; good critical thinking capabilities and strong attention to detail
  • Results-oriented and attention to detail; high level of ownership and accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to react to resets and changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player, who demonstrates initiative to foster teamwork/collaboration
  • Experience as primary point of contact with vendors and contract manufacturing partners
  • Experience working with multiple different teams in a R&D environment
  • Proficiency with Propel/Agile PLM, Jira & Confluence
  • Excel, Statistical SW (SPSS, SQL etc.) or Database experience
  • BA/BS degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 10%
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

The estimated salary range is based on national averages and may vary depending on location, experience, and other factors.
