Job Title: Intern - Site Coordination and Operation Team

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join our Site Coordination and Operation Team in Support Center China. The successful candidate will support the site lead in daily operations and contribute to global SCN activities.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to gain cross-functional skills and experience working with diverse subject matter experts. You will have the chance to develop your project management skills, facilitate events, and participate in internal innovation projects. Your tasks may include:

• Supporting the site lead in daily execution of global and Support Center China activities;
• Organizing events that connect with local colleges and universities to develop talent pipelines;
• Acting as a point of contact about local environment and protocols;
• Facilitating in-person events like all-employee meetings and #BeTheGuardian InnoJam;
• Participating in internal innovation projects (Supportability powered by AI).

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You should be able to think out of the box, plan strategically, and communicate effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds. Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Good inter-personal & inter-cultural communication skills, and fluent English & Mandarin;
• Faster learner, team spirit, highly motivated, ability to take initiative and work independently with carefulness;
• Candidates preferred - have systematic AI trainings or with AI related project experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated monthly salary for this internship is $4,500-$5,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
