Overview of the Role:
As a Regional Expansion Manager at PepsiCo, you will play a pivotal role in growing and developing our business in assigned markets and accounts. Your primary objective will be to sell and execute planned territory initiatives effectively while coaching frontline sales teams to improve execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell new products, promotions, and merchandising initiatives to key accounts and distributors.
  • Collaborate with key customers and distributors to drive new product sales, in-store promotions, and visual merchandising.
  • E nsure compliance with our 'Gold Merchandising Standard' (GMS) in your territory.
  • Expand our footprint by opening new A&B stores in your designated area.
  • Escalate key account execution issues and non-compliance for support from our central team.

Coaching and Development:
  • Work closely with team members in the market to provide coaching and one-on-one feedback.
  • Conduct effective weekly meetings with the team.
  • Hire and train new team members.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • 3-5 years of people leadership experience.
  • College degree or higher.
  • Strong negotiation skills, professional selling skills, and data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent execution and teamwork abilities.
  • Mandarin and English language proficiency.

Estimated Annual Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
