Job Title: Software Test Engineer (AI)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Test Engineer (AI) to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing testing solutions for AI-based products.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement testing solutions for AI-based products, including automation testing frameworks and scripts.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and participate in project planning.
  3. Develop and execute test plans, identify and analyze issues, and work with developers to resolve defects.
  4. Test AI-based products for functionality, performance, and compatibility with various AI use cases and algorithms.
  5. Maintain and improve automated testing frameworks and solutions for AI-based products.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communication, Electronics, AI/ML, or related fields.
  2. Understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies, with specific experience in testing AI-based products.
  3. Ability to understand, analyze, and prepare high-quality, non-bias data for AI-based product development and testing.
  4. Familiarity with at least one AI testing framework (TensorFlow, What-if, etc.) and Prompt Engineering.
  5. Preferred 3+ years of testing or development experience, 1+ year of testing AI-based product experience, defining test strategy, AI quality metrics, and leading execution.
  6. Familiarity with software development and testing processes, and understanding of testing theory with a high-quality sense.
  7. Familiarity with at least one automated testing framework and test scripts development, and familiarity with Python or Java programming language.
  8. Conscientious working attitude and high sense of responsibility, with strong coordination and communication skills.
  9. Good English communication skills.
