Academic Guidance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Guidance Specialist to join our team at eChinaCareers.

**About the Role**: As an Academic Guidance Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding students in making informed college choices and enhancing the school's reputation in higher education. You will work closely with students and parents to educate them about universities, majors, admissions, and testing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Assist students in selecting suitable universities and majors
• Educate students and parents on university applications and admission processes
• Develop and maintain accurate student records and recommendations
• Collaborate with other counselors to improve guidance practices

**Requirements**:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
• Teaching certificate or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of teaching experience in the subject area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English language proficiency
