Assembly Line Leasing Technician

As a Leasing Chain Assembly Operator at Oregon Tool, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to quality and safety.

1. Production Operation: Ensure the production line is running efficiently and effectively, with minimal downtime.
2. Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on products to ensure they meet quality standards.
3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production data, including quality metrics and production volumes.
4. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner.
5. Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
6. Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
8. Other Tasks: Perform other duties as required to support the production team.

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent with a technical or scientific background.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a production environment, with a focus on assembly and production operations.
3. Shift Work: Ability to work a 3-shift schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
