ROLE OVERVIEW
As a **Senior Knowledge Analyst** within the **Healthcare Practice Area** at **Boston Consulting Group**, you will engage in a dynamic global team, providing value to clients through specialized expertise and established knowledge resources, including products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, and domain-specific insights. Your contributions will enhance casework and proposals by delivering relevant analyses and insights, ensuring impactful outcomes for clients. Occasional travel may be required to meet client needs and develop tailored solutions.

In this role, you will assist in the commercialization strategies for your sector, collaborating with business leaders to enrich proposals, client workshops, and marketing initiatives. Furthermore, as a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will play a key role in the development of intellectual property and assets for the organization, while also mentoring and training junior team members based on your area of expertise.

1-2+ years of consulting experience in the **Healthcare sector** is essential; candidates with a consulting background are highly preferred.

Alternatively, a minimum of 2 years of industry experience is required, with 3-6+ years being strongly preferred.

A **Bachelor's Degree** is mandatory (an advanced degree is advantageous).

Fluency in **English** and **Mandarin** is required.

Demonstrated business acumen and problem-solving skills are essential.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are necessary.
