Lead English Educator for Kindergarten

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead English Educator to join our kindergarten team in Chengdu. As a member of our international school community, you will be responsible for creating a high-quality English learning environment and maintaining an organized classroom.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of learners aged 3-6
• Collaborate with teaching assistants to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience
• Take ownership of student English language learning, setting achievable goals and tracking progress
• Maintain open communication with parents and teachers to foster a supportive learning community
• Participate in curriculum planning, professional development workshops, and department meetings to stay updated on best practices

• University degree in any subject, with a preference for early childhood education or related fields
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (over 120 hours) or major in Education or recognized teaching license
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a second language setting in kindergarten/primary school
• Effective English communication skills, with previous experience in English teaching
• Passion for children's education and commitment to ongoing professional growth

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 24,000 RMB, dependent on experience and qualifications
