We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Executive-Innovation-Shanghai China to join our team at Ipsos. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting market research and providing insights to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client project briefings with the project manager and independently complete plans under the guidance of research policies.
- Conduct independent translations of project questionnaires and design questionnaires for small and medium-sized projects.
- Responsible for project training, visitor training, trial visits, and accompanying visits.
- Prepare project guidelines after training and ensure quality control of project operations.
- Verify the accuracy of data reports and check report charts prepared by researchers.
- Develop code tables and check quality control reports.
- Prepare data report headers and conduct data analysis to write down key findings.
- Guide new researchers to become familiar with and adapt to the work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 1-2 years of market research experience.
- Knowledge in marketing and statistics.
- Understanding or practical experience in market research and research methods.
- Work experience in project control or project management.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills (OFFICE office software) and familiar with statistical software such as SPSS and SAS.
- Good time management ability, project management ability, problem-solving ability, and teamwork spirit.
- Open-minded, proactive, creative, and resilient.
- Able to work overtime and withstand pressure.
