About the Role
As an Advanced Verification Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge medical devices. You will collaborate closely with design engineers, global teams, and other functional departments to deliver exceptional products that meet the highest industry standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze product requirements and develop comprehensive test cases to validate functionality and performance.
- Create detailed verification plans, specifications, and traceability documents. Lead and execute rigorous testing procedures, generating clear and concise verification reports.
- Develop and implement reliability plans, defining specific test cases and activities to enhance product durability and longevity. Conduct reliability tests and analyze results, contributing to the achievement of reliability targets.
- Track and document defects, working closely with designers to identify root causes and facilitate effective resolution. Support the project team in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to elevate product quality.
- Provide support during design changes, conducting impact analyses and ensuring seamless verification activities throughout the process.
Your Profile
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced engineer with a strong commitment to quality.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years with Bachelor's, 3+ years with Master's) in hardware product verification and reliability engineering within the medical device industry is highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of design processes and verification methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with functional testing, environmental testing, and life testing procedures.
- Expertise in reliability control and testing techniques.
- Proficiency in test case development, management, and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal English language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in RF or Mechanical testing.
- High power testing experience.
- HALT/EMC testing experience.
- Healthcare industrial background.
- Electrician certificate.
