Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Team Lead to join our NAND component product development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development, qualification, and ramping of NAND component products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align product roadmaps, manage program schedules, and drive technical reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development teams to develop, qualify, and ramp NAND component products
- Manage program schedules, identify dependencies, and create plans for engineering activities
- Host cross-functional team meetings, drive team collaboration, and ensure product spec and schedule requirements are met
- Resolve issues, escalate unresolved issues to the product line core team, and act as the team's voice in technology meetings
- Evaluate engineering results from internal teams to ensure technical objectives are met
- Prepare and present reports outlining project outcomes and make recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results
- Interface with customers to align NAND product specs, product development schedules, and roadmaps
Requirements
- Advanced degree with 5+ years of related experience in NAND or semiconductor industry
- Experience in engineering program management and technical lead roles is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and understanding of business unit strategic goals is a plus
