工作职责:

1. 理解工业场景,如订单预测、物料需求预测、设备预测性维护、设备参数趋势预测等。

2. 与研发、生产、品质、采购、计划、物流等各业务部门密切合作,深入挖掘和分析业务数据。

3. 分析和清洗工业数据,运用统计学和机器学习方法构建数学模型,解决实际问题。

4. 实现业务与算法的融合,负责算法模型项目的开发和落地。

岗位要求:

1. 本科及以上学历,数学、统计、计算机等相关专业,3年以上数据挖掘工作经验。

2. 具备扎实的统计学、机器学习和深度学习基础;能够熟练使用统计学、机器学习和深度学习方法解决业务问题。

3. 熟练掌握至少一种高级编程语言,如Python、Java或C++,熟悉常用算法框架如scikit-learn、Pytorch、Tensorflow和Java ML,熟悉copilot等AI工具。

4. 熟练掌握大数据框架和相关工具,如Spark、Hadoop及其生态工具。

5. 熟练掌握复杂的数据库应用。

6. 具备良好的沟通和自我驱动力,对业务有良好的数据化思维能力,抗压能力强

7.有制造业AI项目落地经验。
