HSBC Qianhai Securities Limited (HSBC Qianhai), a joint venture securities company, was incorporated on 28 August 2017, pursuant to Supplementary Agreement X to the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangements (CEPA) between the mainland and Hong Kong.

The registered capital of HSBC Qianhai is RMB1.8 billion. The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) holds 90% of the shares, while Qianhai Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. (QFH) holds the remaining 10%. Our headquarters are located in Qianhai, Shenzhen. We have branch offices in Beijing and Shanghai, and a trading outlet in Qianhai, Shenzhen.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Chief of Staff/COO to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the business:

• Participate in critical cross businesses and functions initiatives;
• Assist in management of key corporate governance committees and forums;
• Prepare materials for senior management and regulatory meetings and reporting;
• Assist in the plan and control of the budget & costs across the IT, Operations, and Business Services functions, provide various Management Information on performance versus budget with commentary;
• Assist in the management of internal and external audit reviews & operational risk monitoring as the first line of defense;
• Support in the implementation of audit recommendations in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Financial service industry experience, preferably previous experience in other Bank or Securities companies;
• Strong project management and coordination skills;
• Ability to influence and drive changes;
• Strong both English and Chinese presentation and communication skills;
• Flexible and be able to handle adhoc situations;
• Strong Chinese language (written) skills is preferred.
