AlphaGrep China is a dedicated RMB asset management platform focused on the Chinese market, serving institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. We leverage deep expertise in China's equity and derivatives markets, together with AlphaGrep's global quantitative research capabilities, to deliver diversified strategies targeting long-term and stable returns.

岗位职责/ Responsibilities 

  1. Develop new user-facing features.
  2. Build user interfaces for a various internal systems and applications.
  3. Build and homogenize frontend applications across multiple projects and teams.
  4. Build infrastructure tools and applications to support trading teams across the firm.
  5. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating .manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
  6. Directing creativity and advocate new ideas to improve overall user experience.

任职要求 / Qualifications

  1. 1-4 years of strong hands-on experience.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
  3. Must have hands on experience in JavaScript, Python, SQL and MongoDB.
  4. Should have experience in , , NPM (Node Package Manager), and Python web frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
  5. Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
