Key Roles & Responsibilities
Develop a high-quality portfolio of new clients, focusing on increasing both deposits and borrowing.
Meet individual and team financial goals while efficiently addressing clients' day-to-day banking needs.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline with a successful deal hit rate.
Work closely with business partners and overseas offices to identify and capture new business opportunities.
Perform regular financial & credit review on clients and prepare credit proposals
Adhere strictly to the Bank's policies and procedures, including Mis-selling, KYC, CDD, and Money Laundering Prevention, etc.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree holder with qualifications in HKSI
Core or professional level of qualification under the Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) for Banking Practitioners in relevant stream(s) is preferable
Minimum 4 years of frontline banking experience, including at least 2 years in a relationship manager role.
Proven track record in sales and building relationships with clients.
Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a passion for business.
Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge in credit risk analysis, legal regulations, and market competitors.
Outgoing, result-oriented personality with a strong drive.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
