该职位来源于猎聘 OVERVIEW: We're looking for dynamic, creative, talented, inspirational and committed Design Engineer to deliver an extraordinary pipeline of new products for the fastest-growing consumer product business in the world. The role will be responsible for new product design development across a range of different products. LOCATION: Suzhou, China Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do: 61 Mechanical product design and development in a fast-paced environment.

61 Provide 3D CAD work for prototyping and support prototype build and evaluation.

61 Communication with the global engineering teams on design requirement and technical issues 61 Reviewing cost BOM and Tooling Plan, provide cost down solution. 61 Joint accountability in timely delivery of new products with market value to market. 61 Follow up off tool parts evaluation, fixtures and processes validation. 61 Attend global calls to give project update. 61 Communicate with the global engineering teams on design requirement and technical issues 61 Travel to supplier factory / staying in factory is required ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS: 61 Bsc. degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, or any related disciplines.

61 2+ years of working experience in engineering field with solid experience in mechanical design. 61 Good communication skills in English (Verbal and Written) 61 3D CAD (Creo) proficiency, design experience in multiple processes such as: plastic injection molding, die-casting, sheet metal, machining processes, and assembly processes.

61 Use of Design tool such as Tolerance Stacks, DFMEA, DFM, FEA, DOE etc. 61 Willingly shares own experiences and learning to help others develop; gains learning from others. 61 A broad view and understanding of the product development process, and effective experience leads multi-disciplined team efforts to solve issues by identifying RC and CA through analysis and testing.

61 Proven ability to implement design changes and pushing technology limits while balancing feasibility criteria such as manufacturability, cost, technology risk, implementation schedule.
