BASIC FUNCTION
负责拓展新业务销售渠道,探索电子商务平台、社交媒体购物等新型销售渠道,开拓线上线下市场,增加销售渠道多样性, 实现新业务渠道的高效拓展和销售业绩增长。
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES
- 渠道开发与拓展
- 调研并挖掘潜在的新业务渠道资源,如:电商平台等,制定渠道开发策略。
- 负责新渠道的洽谈、合作签约及初期搭建,推动渠道快速落地并形成销售能力。
- 分析各渠道特性与目标用户匹配度,优化渠道布局,拓展市场覆盖范围。
- 销售目标与运营管理
- 根据公司整体销售计划,制定所负责渠道的销售目标、分解任务并推动达成。
- 监控渠道销售数据,分析销售动态,及时调整销售策略,解决销售过程中的问题。
- 协调内部资源(如产品、供应链、市场等),保障渠道货源供应、活动执行及用户服务。
- 客户关系维护
- 维护与现有新业务渠道合作伙伴的良好关系,定期沟通,处理合作中的需求与纠纷。
- 挖掘现有渠道的销售潜力,推动深度合作(如定制产品、联合营销等),提升合作粘性。
- 市场与竞品分析
- 跟踪新业务行业趋势、竞品动态及渠道政策变化,为渠道策略调整提供依据。
- 结合市场反馈,向公司提出产品优化、定价调整或营销活动的建议。
- 团队协作与汇报
- 与市场部协作策划渠道专属营销活动,提升品牌在渠道内的曝光与销量。
- 定期向管理层汇报渠道开发进度、销售数据及存在的问题,提交分析报告。
Skills/Requirements
*EDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS*
- 本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理或相关领域专业背景优先;
- 至少 5 年以上消费品相关行业渠道开发经验, 较强的市场洞察力和渠道拓展能力,能挖掘潜在合作资源,制定渠道开发策略;
- 具备出色的市场分析能力和创新思维,能够准确识别市场机会和挑战;
- 数据分析能力:能通过销售数据、渠道数据等分析渠道表现,优化渠道策略。
