工作内容:

  • 按照检验SWES和Checklist,对整机实施检验,依靠自身技能拦截车辆性能及外观方面的缺陷,防止流出
  • 将检验结果清晰、准确无误地记录到系统中,重要不良及时向上反馈
  • 追求质量"0 Miss",防止缺陷流出到下一道工序
  • 逐步提升自身的检验技能水平,提高自身的缺陷拦截能力
  • 按时完成公司及部门要求的安全和CI提报等指标
  • 对自己的安全负责,做到安全0 miss
  • 学习并践行BIQ\BIS文化。
  • 严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定,严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生。
  • 参照检验清单检验车辆检验并满足生产节拍,确保其符合卡特彼勒规范和质量要求。
  • 检验结果按照BIQ流程进行反馈和存档。
  • 根据工程师要求对质量改善验证信息进行收集及跟踪。
  • 多技能并具备非常丰富的检验知识。
  • 对挖掘机性能进行测试检验,能够感知并识别性能异常(液压,电器,发动机,空调,异响等)。
  • 积极参与和识别生产过程中存在的问题和风险,提交持续改进建议卡。
  • 为检查清单完善和修改提供建议。
  • 按要求完成5S整理工作。

职责要求:

  • 遵守公司规章制度,完成team leader指定的其它任务。
  • 为人正直,具备良好的安全意识,质量意识和学习能力,良好的表达和沟通交流能力,强烈的责任心,良好的团队间及团队内部沟通组织协调能力,有良好的包容性,具备处理突发异常的能力。
  • 专科以上学历(有工作经验技术学校或者同等学历)机械专业或电气专业 。
  • 熟练驾驶挖掘机,熟悉挖掘机各性能,有敏锐的异常识别能力。
  • 熟悉油漆、焊接缺陷判定,静态扭矩检验等相关检验知识。
  • 理解挖掘机液压系统工作原理,辨识液压泄漏风险点。
  • 能阅读简单的英语,有一定的识图及3D模型查看能力。
  • 具备简单的计算机操作能力, 包括MS office办公软件。
