PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct due diligence on industries and companies by gathering market information, reading financial statements, talking to experts and attending conferences.
  • Assist in maintaining coverage on existing portfolio and pipeline by tracking earnings, news, create and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts.
  • Work closely with the team to complete industry analysis, stock screening, earnings tracking, and other research-related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier domestic or international university; overseas academic or professional background is a plus.
  • Academic background in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science is preferred; master's degree or above is preferred.
  • Prior experience in equity research, investment analysis, or consulting is preferred; CFA certification is a plus.
  • Strong alignment with long-term value investing philosophy, with a high sense of responsibility, solid logical thinking, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg; strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin for internal and external communication purposes.
