Job Description

  • Manage and optimise procurement and supply chain processes to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and enhance operational performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management on supply chain performance.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and suppliers.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain management or a related field.
