Responsibilities

  • Act as a leader within cross-functional project teams to evaluate, prioritize and set tactics to positively influence project direction and timelines.
  • Drive drug discovery effort from target identification/validation to candidate nomination for IND-enabling studies.
  • Support drug discovery project teams to advance internal therapeutic leads and backups into IND-enabling studies and FIH trials.
  • Drive quality and speed to meet department and company goals.

Qualifications

  • PhD in Biology or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in industry preferred.
  • A proven track record of achievements in scientific excellence and candidate delivery.
  • Expertise in antibody drug discovery and research or in therapeutic areas of oncology diseases.

Required Skills
